TOC links are a bit hard to follow, because you get a page full of questions
and no clear indication of which one in particular is referred to.  SEC
links are better.

Presumably you cut'n'pasted the link from the top of the faq answer back to
the question in the TOC; it's almost as quick to click that link, then
cut'n'paste the link from the question in the TOC back to the answer.
