Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I did not find in the documentaion the steps to start srvices like ftp, telnet etc. I did run xinetd though, but running telnet, ftp etc do not work and I could not find ways to troubleshoot other than the few messages I see in /var/log/servicelog.
