I have noticed a problem in cygwin when run on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. After running scripts with a big number of command repeated in a long cycle, at some point I cannot start anything and receive messages like fort: permission denied. It looks like PIDs that were used once cannot be reused. Does anyone know the solution?
