AFAIK, there has been one bug reported which is specific to 1.5.9.

Are you having problems with nested makefiles or do you need to open
more than ~130 fds?  If so, use a snapshot until 1.5.10 comes out.

If you are having other problems which you haven't reported but are
expecting to be fixed in 1.5.10, then I suspect you're doomed to
disappointment.
