Actually, no that's not the version of Cygwin you're running.  That's the 
version of the setup application you used to install Cygwin and it's
tools.

At least posting the additional information that this page requests may 
help someone else on this list find something worthwhile.  You might want 
to enumerate the changes you made to the terminfo entry too (or post it)
if you want to encourage others with access to keyboards with PF keys to 
try it out.
