done howto's for debugging cygwin

Will do ... as soon as gdb quits running 'unzip' with 20040213.
Hopefully _that_ will work ...

OK, except (yet another confession of inadequacy) I have not used
strace before. <read UG/> I should invoke it like
strace -o d:\temp\strace.out emacs --debug-info &
?
