 Or even better; look at
http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin-apps/setup.html
and find the instructions and link to setup 2.418
http://cygwin.com/setup-snapshots/ - then use that instead. It behaves _a
lot_
better on machines with less MHz'es. (I'm running a 450 AT P2)

Run it from a cmd/command prompt with "setup.exe --no-md5" and you'll be
spared
the md5 checksum checking too.
