Simon,
You install jgraph just like any other Cygwin package -- through
setup.exe. If your question relates to the operation of jgraph, please
consult the jgraph man page (which is pretty comprehensive) or the jgraph
homepage (found in /usr/doc/Cygwin/jgraph-8.3.README). There are also
some examples in /usr/share/jgraph/examples/.
