-I have been unable to create a test case only using cygwin
-I was unable to reproduce the problem on another box, indicating that it is some "configuration"
issue that is only effecting 1.5.6-1.
-I tried creating another account on my box, it had the same problem.
-I installed the 1.5.5 version using setup, made sure it worked, and then copied the 1.5.6 dll in
place (not using setup), I still had the problem.
I would be very interested in hearing if someone has another suggestion on what to try or
something to look for.
