Hi,

I'm trying to build openssh-3.7.1p2 on Cygwin, but I get the following 
error after running configure:

 configure: error: *** Can't find recent OpenSSL libcrypto (see config.log 
 for details) ***

I haven't seen any similar posts in the cygwin mailing list archive.

So any ideas how to fix that libcrypto error?

PS. Openssl 0.9.7c is installed, and  /usr/doc/Cygwin/openssl-0.9.7c.README
shows:    

 The Cygwin version has been built using the following configure:
   
  ./config --prefix=/usr shared no-idea no-rc5 no-mdc2

 The IDEA, RC5 and MDC2 algorithms are disabled due to patent and/or
 licensing issues.
