Try using single Quotes instead of the double Quotes!
./bemcmd -o2 -jbtest -m"testms" -s'C:\WINNT\Temp\*.*' -mp:1 -w -r



...
> $ ./bemcmd -o2 -jbtest -m"testms" -s"C:\WINNT\Temp\*.*" -mp:1 -w -r
