I recently upgraded to postgresql 7.4-1. Now when I try to run my program linked with ecpg.dll I get: 12 [unknown (0x2A4)] ? 456 cygheap_fixup_in_child: Couldn't reserve space for cygwin's heap (0x61600000 <0x470000>) in child, Win32 error 487 C:\cygwin\home\kurt\tst.exe: *** m.AllocationBase 0x0, m.BaseAddress 0x61600000, m.RegionSize 0x80000, m.State 0x10000 Simple test program tst.pgc: int main() { EXEC SQL CONNECT TO test; return 0; } ecpg tst.pgc gcc tst.c -o tst -lecpg ./tst All packages used are the most recent.
