It's a bug fix release which solves the following bugs:

"domainname missing" warning was displayed too short
allowed spaces in username/password portion of URLs
'V' didn't work with one multimedia part only
possible buffer overrun in escape_shell_meta()
mailcap command expansion didn't take shell meta characters into account
mailcap nametemplate expansion took place twice
MIME Content-Type parameters parsed incorrectly
didn't refresh screen after viewing files and URLs
mem-leak in _lookup_mimetype
mem-leak in new_uu()
source and destination overlap in strncpy
doesn't try to reconnect after a 205 response
refine txt_help_thread_mark_article_read
attributes were ignored when mailing
To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Once you've downloaded setup.exe, run it and select "Net" or
"Mail" and then click on the appropriate field until the above announced
version number appears if it is not displayed already.
If you have questions or comments, please send them to the Cygwin
mailing list at: cygwin AT cygwin DOT com . I would appreciate it if you would
use this mailing list rather than emailing me directly. This includes
ideas and comments about the setup utility or Cygwin in general.
If you want to make a point or ask a question, the Cygwin mailing list
is the appropriate place.
