That's like an announcement should look like. Why can't all the
announcements contain those information? Take a look on recent messages
about file-4.06-1 or xmlto-0.0.16-1. "I've updated the version of file to
4.06-1.", and some standard stuff about installation. Why should I update
the program? What has been changed? Sometimes even downloading a package
can't help as NEWS file are not always included. If a release required some
work, why not let the users know so they can appreciate it? I hope that the
maintainers will be more descriptive in future.
