The ipck script in the current cygutils (1.2.2-1) has an extraneous tick-mark on line 17 immediately after the GPL header, resulting in the following error when run:
$ ipck
/usr/bin/ipck: 18: Syntax error: end of file unexpected (expecting ";;")

Simply deleting that line fixes the script.
