Hi,

I installed cygwin, but it can not display locale charaters(Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese) in the command man, less, or groff, and it displays garbage characters. How to resolve the problem? your response will be appreciated.

Best thanks and regards,

Shuying Liu
