Hello,

I'm trying to use tftp-hpa. Why does setreuid(1012, 1012) fail with
EPERM? Should I have any special privileges?

Cygwin 1.3.22-dontuse-21 running on a Windows XP 5.1.2600 (system
utility in control panel says "version 2002", whatever this means). I'm
user ibr (member of Administrators), 1012 is nobody (member of Users,
not disabled). /etc/passwd entries are:

ibr:unused_by_nt/2000/xp:1003:513:U-ZAISAN\ibr,S-1-5-21-776561741-1580818891-682003330-1003:/home/ibr:/bin/bash
nobody:unused_by_nt/2000/xp:1012:513:nobody,U-ZAISAN\nobody,S-1-5-21-776561741-1580818891-682003330-1012:/home/nobody:/bin/bash

Thanks in advance,
Baurjan.
