Ok i found the culprit, i did add a few debug_printfs myself and one of them was apparently invalid. Why that made all debug_printf and also syscall_printf dissapear i do not know, what i do know is that the cygwin1.dll is now ~80KB bigger than the previous one, even though one line of code was actually removed.
