I used the "How do I rebuild the tools on my NT box?" instructions. I 
have installed the source in my home directory: ~/src/cygwin/src. I am 
building from ~/src/cygwin/obj with '../src/configure 
--prefix=~/cygwin-install && make'

Ok, got these.
