All of the "official" Cygwin binaries are in /bin (== /usr/bin) All of the "other" binaries *should* go in /usr/local/bin, but can't be assured, of course (it's in the nature of unofficial bineries not to be checked or supported)... Maybe that project have a mailing list by his own, to get some "support"?
