I just updated packages from rcn.net.  The new perl-5.8.1-1 failed
when running pt with

perl.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point __getreent could not be located in the dynamic link library cygwin1.dll.

I went back and reinstalled perl-5.6.12 and everything seems to be
working again.
