Tried a couple of things on the two machines (thanks to Andrew Markebo)

ls -l /bin/sh

----------+ 1 ???????? Domain U 69632 Jul 31 2002 /bin/sh (non working)

-rwxrwxrwx 1 Administ Users 69632 Jul 31 2002 /bin/sh (working)



Any more ideas
