But of course it would be!  Can you imagine a useless piece of information
like that going out to all the thousands of Cygwin list subscribers and
flooding their poor unsuspecting mailboxes? ;-)

It would be even meaner if all the "latest and greatest" 1.3.22 package
versions were marked "prev" right after the promotion of 1.5.0 to "curr".
