In your previous mail you said it works. Now you're asking if
it *even* doesn't work with latest OpenSSL. I'm not sure what
you're talking about now.

I have no idea. I have the 2003 system for testing since two
days and I can't work on that all the time.

Which sshd, which Cygwin? Please, we're currently talking about
two different versions of OpenSSH and two different versions of
Cygwin. I really can't guess the version number you're talking
about. Details, please.
