I like the mailing list idea except for the inevitable "You will hear
from my lawyers" that is sure to result when, after six months of
reading a mailing list populated only by clueless complainers, the light
eventually comes on. That's probably not worth $120 worth of
aggravation.
Hmm. Maybe we need to do some marketing research here and find out what
the clueless complainers are willing to spend.
