Subject: Cygwin B20 won't run any executable that doesn't have a .exe exte

Hello,

Cygwin B20 comes bundled with CFX-4.4. I tried upgrading to Cygwin 1.3.22-1
without success. What I need now is the name of the correct pieces to
upgrade.

Installed Cygwin B20 on "Administrator" in userdomain "pat158". It works
well on any account with that userdomain but fails for accounts in
userdomain "nexus" usrdnsdomain "nexus.com.au".

I have executables cfx4 and rdump.exe in the same directory. Permissions
-rwxr-xr-x. Owner 500. Group everyone. Both files show up on "ls".

Typing ./cfx4 gives "No such file or directory"
Typing ./rdump runs rdump.exe
Typing ./rdump.exe runs rdump.exe

The workstation is a DELL 650 dual xeon running Windows-XP professional.

Help!
