Thanx, Igor. Now I did a edit cygwin.bat and
put in mount -u -c '/\', (as u said)

but the mount point is not right (with this apostrophe).
%mount

c:\cygwin\bin on /usr/bin type system (binmode)
c:\cygwin\lib on /usr/lib type system (binmode)
c:\cygwin on / type system (binmode)
c: on /'/c type user (binmode,noumount)

Played around a bit with the slashes and ', but don't seem
to get:

c: on //c type user (binmode,noumount)

Could u pls. help ?

Thx,
Deepa
