BTW all the maintainers are appreciated

As it is I'm still using ActiveState perl, Win32 MySql & Win32 Apache rather
than the CYGWIN versions

BTW installing ActiveState Perl Modules suich as DBI,DBD is a doddle. Whereas
when I tried to make & compile CyGwin versions it always failed
