I am using Win 98 SE, and the latest Cygwin, whatever version we are up to. Hitting the return key at the command prompt seems to send two returns to my programs, resulting in the first line of input always being empty. This is, of course, a problem. Any ideas of what could be wrong? I don't get two returns when hitting the return key in other settings, such as vi, ms-dos prompt, etc...
