netapi32.dll is a standard Windows DLL (at least for Windows 2000/XP). IIRC,
it's not in the Windows 2000 base (eg. fresh install) so you'll have to
install a service pack (SP3 is the latest). And on the .bash_profile,
they're generally just a copy of /etc/skel/default/.bash_profile and
home-cooked by the user if they need to.
