Umm, yes, I should have been clearer, sorry.
On the <http://cygwin.com/faq/> page, nothing is displayed past the top
border of the left sidebar. I can post a screenshot if needed.
Older versions of Netscape will not render a table that is not closed by
the </table> tag. They also will not, apparently, read past the first
</html> tag. Thus, the closing </table> tag is not seen ("cut off" by the
first </html> tag), and Netscape won't render the page correctly.
