When I call Exim -bd from the bash console, with or without rxvt, it works fine: it disconnects from the terminal and stays there, listening to incoming mail. But if I call it from pure DOS, command line, Run or other methods, like Tcl exec or PHP `exim`, Exim is launched and keeps this useless DOS console hanging about. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?
