- If you want tcsh to start when you click on the Cygwin shortcut, edit
  /cygwin.bat
- If you want tcsh to start when you log in remotely (through ssh or
  telnet), edit /etc/passwd
- If you want more experts to answer your questions, use more descriptive
  subjects.  For instance, a *much* better subject for this message would
  be "tcsh as the default shell?"
