AFAICT, the apache rebase just corrupts DLLs on Me.

I'm not sure what to make of the above.

Please rerun the regress test using the -x option to exclude tests that
hang.  For example:

    python -E -tt /usr/lib/python2.2/test/regrtest.py -l -x test_hotshot
