There is on the cygwin ftp the gcc-mingw package for the 3.2 version. But it is simply the binary from the gcc 3.2 which are being copied in the directories, there is nothing special (well I didn't find something special). I tried to reproduce it for the 3.2.2 but it doesn't do anything really interesting :(. It's maybe another way to investigate.
