>Are the permissions of libphp4.dll OK? Now I set it to the same group, and same permissions as the other files: -rwxr-x--- I still get the same error message. The only difference is that the other files have -rwxr-x---+. What does that + sign mean, and how do I set it? Or does that have anything to do with this problem?
