Yes it is, but I'm not sure what LocalSystem is.  My W2K User Admin 
doesn't list a user with that name.

If I run 'id" from cron, I get:
uid=1000(kelem) gid=513(None) 
groups=513(None),544(Administrators),547(Power Users),545(Users)
