Martin, Generally, answers to the "where is" questions of this sort are at <http://cygwin.com/packages/>. The search for "cygz.dll" is this URL: <http://cygwin.com/cgi-bin2/package-grep.cgi?grep=cygz.dll>. The result shows that it's part of the "zlib" package, whose current version is 1.1.4-1. Hereafter you're expected to find out this sort of thing for yourself.
