Greetings,

I've only been on the list for a short time.  I have noticed that some mirrors
are more quickly updated than others.  Which mirrors will most likely contain
the updates most quickly?  Generally after I receive an update notice on the
announce list I have to wait for a day or two before I see it.  Is that just
the way it is? or are there some mirrors that will have the updates
immediately?
