OK, I'll double-check that, but I could have sworn I chose to download
and then install everything. (I selected "Install" at the very top
level of the package selection screen, and everything listed
appeared to change to "Install." Maybe I should first go with
the "Default" setting and afterwards manually install additional
packages I want?)
