Hi: I am trying to run Apache as a service
 cygrunsrv.exe -I "CYGWIN apache" -p /usr/sbin/httpd.exe -t manual

But when I go to Services and look at the properties of this service, under
"Path to executable" it says 
C:\cygwin\bin\cygrunsrv. Shouldn't this says C:\cygwin\usr\sbin\httpd.exe ?

As a result I get "Could not start the CYGWIN apache service on Local
Computer"

Am I using the cygrunsrv incorrectly?
