I used cygwin's setup to load perl 5.8.0.  I was able to use perl's cpan 
module to install several modules okay.
However when trying to install GDTextUtil-0.84 (install GD::Text), the 
build process complains:
% perl Makefile.PL
Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good

Does anyone know how to fix this?
