I just found a case of `rm' failing in a makefile. I added
SHELL = bash
and the rm worked. Looks like the same deal. This seems pretty
broken. I'm really wondering if anyone else
Note: I have CYGWIN defined as "nontsec".
Also, I forgot to include a cygcheck:
