This can happen if the group and/or user name has spaces in it - the
de-facto directory listing format for FTP assumes a fixed number of fields
and will parse the listing incorrectly if any one of those fields has
unexpected spaces in it.
Please reply back to this list with your exact ftp directory listing pasted,
as obtained from a command-line ftp using the 'ls' or 'dir' or ftp LIST
command.
