First, I'd like to say thanks for fixing a long-standing bug in vim:
Using the arrow keys in insert mode cancelled it.

Whilst I'm writing this, I'd like to ask about this item in the Change list:
- Correctly detect windows size changes when CYGWIN=tty.
  (Christopher Faylor)

Was this meant to SIGWINCH processes when a console window is resized?
If so, I'm afraid it's not working for me (I have to quit and re-run the
program (e.g. man), or "kill -WINCH" it.)

Max - who is very pleased about that vim fix.
