Installation is simple (reboot is not required - tested with 2000/XP).

$ ioperm -i
Installing ioperm.sys...
OpenSCManager       ok
CreateService       ok
StartService        ok

Installation ok.

Yes. But this is only at .h level. I need a linker (binutils)...
