I hope as a completely new user to Cygwin that you avail yourself of
resources at the Cygwin web site such as the FAQ, user guide, and
email archives. There's allot of information in these areas and they
contain many of the answers to typical questions, though sometimes it
takes a minute or two to ferret them out. ;-)

For your question, I'm going to point you at <www.cygwin.com/packages>.
Type in "user32" and see the packages that contain files with this
string. Try installing the latest binary package listed there. That
should solve your problem. In general, this is a very good way to find
out what package a file that you're missing is in (see
<http://cygwin.com/faq/faq_2.html#SEC13>). If this doesn't solve
your current problem, refer to <www.cygwin.con/bugs.html>. This will
explain the bits and bytes of tracking problems and reporting them to the
list.

Thanks,

Larry

I would like to build one program but I cannot go over this

cannot find -luser32
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [listswf] Error 1

Could someone help me with this issue please?
