Unix style cut and paste.
A bit of a speed improvement.
Resizable on Win98.
Shift-PageUp scrolls up.
Switches buffers when using curses.
Solid block cursor, instead of small blinking one.
Room to grow (you've got the source).

Those are some of my reasons.
