Are there any tools under Cygwin which can manipulate performance counter logs? I'm looking for something which can start and stop the collection of a certain counter and write to a certain file in CSV format. I've built a counter log thing in the Windows tools, but there doesn't appear to be any CLI tool to manipulate it in Win2kAS. I know that XP has logman, but that doesn't work under Win2kAS. Help?
