bison 1.35 has the following problem:

    $ bison -y -d  preproc.y
    preproc.y:5560: fatal error: maximum table size (32767) exceeded

I have tested that bison 1.75 (i.e., the latest public release) has
corrected the above problem.

Is the Cygwin bison maintainer willing to upgrade to this version?
